Special Rates

This module perfectly supports the IBE, because besides your BAR rate (best available rate), visitors will discover your early-booker rates or last-minute offers. We feel that the guest has to return something to you, for receiving these special rates.

That could be in form of more stringent cancellation policies or restrictions such as a pre-defined minimum length of stay. The so-called "Stay Controls" can be managed within the CRS in three different ways:

• On the property level (valid for all categories)
• On the room level (standard rooms are treated differently than suites)
• On the rate level

Using this module, you can also set sequencing prices, and in interaction with packages define the conditions for additional nights. The package then can only be extented by booking the special rate including half board.

The final touch of this module is the ability to work with “linked rates”. Special rates and corporate rates are tied to the daily rate which minimizes the maintenance effort, while reducing the risk of mistakes within the CRS
 

Company Rates (LCR / NCR)

Your business clients can now book with you directly through the website and the integrated IBE. The conditions of the respective contracts can be incorporated into the application:

By logging into the IBE, the administrative assistant of the respective company can directly reserve the contracted rate. A confirmation will be sent via email to the attention of the booker and the arriving guest; the person reserving the room can also advise if the bill will be paid by the actual guest or the company:

The module checks on the credit card that was given as a guarantee. The corporate rates are being loaded into all portals - thanks to the ADM. Detailed statistical reports will assist you in making educated decisions when the time of renegotiating the contract arrives.

Through the module "Linked Rates", you define easily, fast and error-free the relationship between the corporate rate and the BAR. Even during trade show periods, your corporate clients can book their rate.

For enterprise solutions, companies can be set up enabling them to book all sister hotels, while still only using one login.

Promotion Code

This module is related to the "Companies" module. It enables specific audiences to book their respective rates without the need of a login. The system creates a booking link that is known only to the authorized users.

• Make your printed advertising measurable by enclosing promotion codes.
• Call-in room blocks for conferences or weddings
• Special rates for returning guests to increase loyalty

Package booking

Wellness short trip, weekend special, golf course, gourmet offer etc. - packages will help you to use the other departments to capacity.

The package rates will be assigned to the respective packges within the editing system. The criteria for calculation are to be set.

Your decide:

• How long is the package available Wie lange gilt das Arrangement?
  You enhance your weekend capacity utilization with two overnight stays from friday to sunday. The golf course for beginners lasts one week, arrival on sundays.
   
• Can the customer prolong the duration? 
  If so, define the rate at which the additional nights are to be booked.
   
• Is the package bookable for one person, or is it a package for lovers?
   
• How many days before the arrival ist the package bookable? 
  If you have to plan with external services, the package can only be booked up to 14 days before the arrival.
   
• When is tha package available? ann ist das Angebot buchbar? 
  You define the availability with daily precision and you decide, which days of arrival are possible.  
• Special complements can be booked with each package.
